Direct and oversee all day-to-day custom production and deliver all products in a timely and compliant manner.· Plan, lead to execute experiments and analyze results for new product development and transfer to operation. Generate, organize, and maintain meticulous records all conducted experiments· Lead the process of utilization of state-of-the-art technology and best manufacturing practices for the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes for antibody production, purification and conjugation, including but not limit to AKTA system/program upgrade and optimization etc.· Establish and maintain excellent manufacturing process, collaborate with R&D/Operation/Quality departments to provide updated technical and trouble-shooting support to both operations and quality.· Works with teams in the definition of needs and implementation of plans for enhancement of manufacturing capabilities based on product pipeline and strategic needs.· Provides technical and regulatory management to assure an effective and compliant environment for current and upcoming manufacturing processes.· Interface with customers/clients and propose/customize the special products, implementation of plans/instructions for different product pipeline and technologies.· Communicating scientific and/or technical concepts with an emphasis on commercial applications; Organization of day to day experiments and timely updating of experimental files; Manage multiple discovery projects at different phases, simultaneously· Develop and translate process knowledge and understanding into manufacturing controls strategy to ensure successful process scale up and tech transfer, and resolve complex process/product issues· Remain up-to-date on advanced technologies for antibody production and actively apply new concepts as appropriate to continuously improve process development and operations
