From a small city in Hainan, to Beijing, then Edinburgh, and now London, I’ve always been drawn to new experiences and challenges. Each move has opened new doors, introduced me to different cultures, and challenged me to grow personally and professionally.I’m currently the Operations Manager at Cravenhill Publishing, where I oversee the judging process for our awards programmes. I connect with industry experts, find the right judges, and lead a fantastic sales and marketing team.I’m all about finding solutions, getting things done, and making good things even better. Outside of work, I teach kids Mandarin as a freelancer. I’m also a huge foodie, love wandering and exploring new landscapes, and a total cat/dog person - I can’t help saying hi to every cute pet I see!
