Support the development and implementation of the complex, multi-institutional operational research (OR) program on shared issues confronting 5 neglected tropical diseases. Cultivate and maintain relationships with domestic and international partners in governmental, non-governmental, and research ACHIEVEMENTS Streamlined all project transitions by assessing newly submitted research proposals, involving the project management team in the proposal review process, and completing more thorough reviews of proposals. Improved project management tools and workflows by utilizing previous experience with graduate-level work study students to hire a student and strategically train them to eliminate gaps in our team’s processes and tools. Upon experiencing international roadblocks with money transfers: Presented creative methods to get funds into the country efficiently and legally by facilitating brainstorming meetings with the internal team / trusted partners and identifying a partner institution to represent the company; Allowed the project to remain on time and within budget.
