About Wendy Vitalich
I am a licensed Therapist-MA, MFT with,individuals, adolescents, adults going through life\'s daily challenges. I have clinical supervisory experience overseeing up to 25 clinicians at a mental health company as well as had my own private practice for 6 years. I am also supporting Ukrainian Refugees of the war around the world with an initiative called “Therapists For Ukraine” offering free sessions. It has been life changing! I also coach MFT associates with anxiety reducing strategies taking the CA licensing exams. My first book \'Unspoken Agreements A Twin\'s Journey and Beyond: Uncover and Rewrite Hidden Family Beliefs for a More Joyful Life\' was published by Litfire. My second book, Ocean Blessings came out of my love of the ocean. I started taking pictures and shared them with a great response from many people. My book consists of 50 of my inspirational quotes and 50 pics of the ocean and sunsets. I am currently writing my third book on Grief based on the sudden death of my mom 4 years ago. This book contains personal stories of many people sharing their grief of loved ones or circumstances that have created collective grief as well as individual loss. How to navigate through and live without with strength and resilience.
