   I lead the HR & Talent strategy for Clayton Homes’ Retail organization — a team member business that plays a vital role in helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. My team and I are focused on creating an exceptional Team Member Experience (TMX), strengthening leadership capability, and aligning talent practices to our long-term vision.Since stepping into this role, I’ve restructured and unified our Retail HR and Talent function, co-designed the company’s first TMX model and annual survey, and launched Retail’s first comprehensive performance management system. I’m also proud to have introduced a new leadership summit experience that connects leaders to our company vision and development priorities.Every day, I aim to ensure our people strategy drives clarity, connection, and commitment across the organization.
