   As part of the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations organization, I build and drive end to end strategy to grow the Americas Microsoft Copilot Chat and Agents business. I take defined and ambiguous business problems, break them down into key priorities based on our desired outcomes, build plans to address the prioritized motions, execute the plan with precision, and report the results. These motions are executed in close collaboration across solution areas, the Global Partner Solutions organization, Central Marketing Organization, Area sales teams, and Worldwide teams including engineering and marketing. Central to this role I drive business development, business management, GTM strategy and execution, and partner enablement.
