Through this position I am meticulously highlighting the employee experience through video and still image formats, resulting in significant engagement and recognition. I\'ve developed and implemented a customized project management system to ensure that internal communications are timely, relevant and aligned with key company events/milestones and external communications as needed. I am also responsible for implementing key messaging for global employees, covering new process and tool adoption, employee recognition, and company news through our internal channels like the intranet, bi-weekly company newsletter, and digital signage. Additionally, I demonstrate proficient ability to fluidly navigate between strategy and execution (can develop high-level strategic plans and also produce crisp, clear communications) for employee network group celebration months, monthly inclusion events, and national holiday celebrations such as, Halloween and Bring Your Kids to Work Day.
