In this personally rewarding role, I connect ~1,300 “Monsters” with one another - and executive leadership - at a legacy dotcom brand during a time of great transformation. Under my direction, my team manages multimedia communications across channels including company events, intranet, email, desktop, screensavers, and Microsoft Teams. Upon joining, I was tasked with launching our new intranet connect, joining our parent company Randstad on the Happeo platform. This high-profile project was made even more complex as I liaised between Happeo, department leads, and IT to create a seamless, user-friendly experience for all Monsters. My team’s daily connect. content keeps Monsters informed of progress toward organizational KPIs and business and personal successes, while keeping them engaged with one another and ultimately invested in our shared success. But the best content in the world means nothing if no one is reading it. Driving traffic to connect. was crucial, and basic Microsoft programs weren\'t cutting it. We needed beautiful, responsive design paired with meaningful data to ensure our success. To that end, I procured ContactMonkey, an email design and management system that allows us to manage and measure all corporate communications. The result? Monster’s intranet now exceeds all engagement success measures set by Randstad, and our email metrics also outpace industry benchmarks.
