   Responsible for project management and design on Interior Fit-out & Renovation projects of Realogy\'s Coldwell Banker Realty offices, within CT/WC & New England. Take projects from concept to completion, defining project scope by doing initial programming with client and reviewing Realogy Standards. Do some space planning & test-fits on Autocad to pass along to the architectural firm or furniture dealership for CD development. Work with assigned Steelcase furniture dealership on placing office furniture orders. Prepare, review & level bid packages from GC bidders for Fit-out projects. Do Construction management through site visits & follow-up with all contractors, coordination with IT Techs, and Move/furniture Installation coordination/followup. Responsible for managing a set Capital Expense budget each year, following established processes for funding requests, invoice processing, and getting each project in on time and on budget. Responsible for detailed reporting to Realogy, through the Clarizen PM system.
