I focus on advancing economic inclusion, strengthening community partnerships, and improving the lived experience of New Yorkers through equitable development. I specialize in designing and implementing strategies that drive inclusive growth and support cultural transformation at both the organizational and citywide level.In my current role, I oversee the equitable economic development strategy, leading economic mobility initiatives, including workforce development in NYCEDC assets and accessibility efforts. I also guide equity and community impact developments, ensuring that inclusive growth is embedded in how we invest in neighborhoods and shape the city\'s future. Previously, I led DEI efforts at the FDNY, where I developed policies and practices to promote fairness and opportunity for more than 17,500 employees. By building strong relationships across departments and communities, I helped drive measurable impact in areas such as talent management, professional development, and employee engagement.In addition to my professional work, I serve as a Commissioner on the NYC Commission on Racial Equity (CORE), where I advocate for systemic policy changes that advance racial equity and economic inclusion—ensuring access to opportunity and resources for all New Yorkers.
