I’m a wellness leader and fitness manager passionate about helping people thrive—physically, emotionally, and creatively. Through innovative fitness programs, wellness coaching, and photography that captures the beauty of everyday moments, I empower others to live stronger, more vibrant lives.With over 20 years of leadership and 30+ years of experience in the fitness industry, I currently serve as the Fitness Manager at Erickson Senior Living, where I lead a dynamic wellness program supporting over residents across two fitness centers and two aquatic facilities.I hold multiple certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), including Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Functional Training Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist. I’ve also completed health and wellness coaching certification through Harvard Medical School, further expanding my ability to support older adults in achieving holistic well-being.In my current role, I manage a dedicated team of six fitness specialists and three contractors. Together, we deliver a diverse lineup of programming—including balance assessments, strength training, boot camps, aquatic fitness, and specialty classes for residents with Parkinson’s disease. I oversee all aspects of fitness operations, from budgeting, hiring, and staff development to scheduling, vendor coordination, and equipment management.Beyond operations, my focus is on people. I spend the majority of each day on the floor engaging with residents, ensuring we deliver an exceptional and personalized experience that supports their physical health, independence, and quality of life.My mission is to foster a culture of wellness that is inclusive, innovative, and empowering for older adults. I believe fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and deeply impactful—especially in later stages of life.
