Hello! I am Wendy Krieg, the Grants Administrator for The Smith Family Foundation located at Grady-White Boats. I am excited to meet and work with local, statewide, and national nonprofits and their inspiring leaders and changemakers. It is an honor to have the opportunity to impact so many communities, families, and individuals in Greenville, Pitt County, and beyond!I graduated with distinction from UNC-Chapel Hill with a BS in Biology and minors in Chemistry and History. Years ago, I discovered that I love volunteering and working in public service and positively interacting with others. My experience has been in elementary and special education, retail and customer service, and science/STEM education and communication. Building interpersonal relationships and emphasizing human connection are important in both professional and personal realms!
