ABOUT WENDY KOLBER
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, I ensure the sales team receives quality leads through marketing and data analysis of KPI\'s and I also organize and optimize the sales team to increase sales, year over year. I do this by managing dashboards that are easy to analyze and allow for multi-department collaboration to determine the best course of action. I also train and collaborate with the sales team to ensure the CRM workflows have as little friction as possible.
