ABOUT WENDY KEI

Wendy Kei is an accomplished Corporate Director, a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCA), and a Fellow from the Institute of Corporate Director (F.ICD) with more than 25 years of experience. Wendy is an accomplished Board Chair, Audit Committee Chair and Human Resources Committee Chair with extensive knowledge in the areas of board leadership, corporate governance, financial expertise, corporate strategy, CEO & board succession, ESG, M&A and enterprise risk management. As a Corporate Director, she serves as Board Chair for Ontario Power Generation Inc.(OPG) and as the Chair of the Audit Committee for Centerra Gold Inc.(TSX:CG.TO NYSE:CGAU). Wendy brings her financial executive expertise in the areas of corporate governance, public company financial reporting, enterprise risk management and strategy.Wendy is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountants (FCPA, FCA), a Fellow from the Institute of Corporate Directors (F.ICD), holds an ESG Designation (GCB.D) from Competent Boards and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Wendy was the recipient of the Women Corporate Directors Visionary Award for Strategic Leadership in 2024. She was also recognized as BMO Celebrate Women on Boards 2022 Honouree, was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women in 2020 and was selected as a Diversity 50 2016 Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council.
