The Customer Contact Center is National with over 240 employees.· Investigates employee concerns, charges, or grievances and provides guidance for resolution with operations.· Administers/supports employment functions including recruitment, Affirmative Action initiatives, interviewing and the separation process.·Provides guidance to management and staff regarding HR guidelines and employment matters consistent with company policies.·Monitors compliance, refers questions of interpretation to senior HR Management.·Addresses employee relations concerns and provides input to management.·Administered local implementation of employee compensation and benefit programs ·Meet with employees regarding ADA accommodations, discussing and assisting employees with FMLA.·Monitors the administration of the leave of absence and short-term disability/salary continuation/LTD programs.·Gather information/documentation for unemployment hearings and discrimination cases.·Counsel employees on issues related to performance, progressive discipline, and termination guidelines and legal regulations.
