I have over 20 years experience working in recruitment and supplying staff to customers on a temporary and permanent basis. I start this journey in 2001 at Nissan in the Personnel Department working in Recruitment and Employee Relations. Recruiting and completing graduate and placement assessments across the UK. I moved in to healthcare 2012 with Care Visions at Home as an internal recruitment co-ordinator for permanent care assistants to work in domiciliary care. I have a strong background in recruitment, from the beginning of the process to on boarding of the new starter. I have ran my own healthcare business recruiting staff for ad hoc temporary shift cover, supplied temporary to permanent healthcare workers and permanent recruitment up to Management level. I am now working with CMS RECRUITMENT Ltd as their Operations Manager, looking to expand the business in all areas: Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Warehouse Operatives, and many other sectors.
