ABOUT WENDY THE LADY SCHNEIDER

I moved back home to Placerville, California after marrying my high school sweetheart from 30 years ago in Paris in May 2018. I now work with my son, Emerson Green, with our company, Eternal Love Monuments. I began selling preneed insurance in January 2016 and have consistently ranked in the Top 5 of all 24+ salespeople. I secured 100 contracts in 10 months with several sales coming from self-generated leads through personal/professional contacts and social media. Additionally, I was featured in our local newspaper several times as \"The Funeral Lady of Pleasant View\" as my enthusiasm for funeral planning is exceptional. Prior to sales, I was the Corporate Trainer for Great Western Insurance Company, the funeral insurance company owned by Lindquist\'s Mortuaries & Cemeteries. The CEO felt that with my high energy and love of the funeral industry, I would thrive in sales and suggested I switch over. He was right! I took many science-based classes while studying to become a funeral director. I enjoyed several semesters of classes in microbiology, anatomy and physiology, embalming, and pathology. A challenging divorce diverted those plans but I still enjoy the funeral industry and especially enjoy making headstones with my son. As a correspondent for The Standard-Examiner, my genuine interest in new people, places, and topics provided the inspiration for hundreds of published articles. My work has also been published in magazines with worldwide distribution. I was on The Marriage Ref in 2011 and had a great time in NYC.
