I\'m passionate about bridging the worlds of organizational and behavioral psychology to create healthier, more fulfilling workplaces. By integrating behavioral insights and neuroscience principles with evidence-based strategies, I help employees enhance their job satisfaction and performance while supporting organizations in aligning systems and people to retain top-tier talent. I have the privilege of serving as a SHINE Lab Graduate Research Alumni (University of Hartford) where we explore dynamic topics like employee retention, sound healing in professional environments, essential workplace skills, and the impact of algorithmic bias on inclusion.As a Licensed Psychotherapist, I provide compassionate in-person and telehealth services for adults, couples, and families. I guide individuals in discovering their strengths, deepening emotional clarity, and building resilient pathways forward. I also stay engaged with the latest research and techniques through continuing education and by mentoring graduate students and licensed therapists. Writing and publishing journal articles allows me to share what I learn and continue contributing to the organizational and clinical fields.
