   Analyzing 500+ student data points daily across Student Information Systems (eSD and SIS), ensuring accurate and timely entry of assessment data in the Gradebook, ATS Terminal, and related platforms- Coordinating 300+ assessments by managing materials, timing, and testing spaces, ensuring seamless administration for 300+ scholars- Providing faculty and school leadership with data reports and performance analyses leveraging SQL, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) to drive student achievement, enhance teacher practice, and strengthen parent engagement- Empowering faculty through training on testing systems and procedures for both in-person and online assessments, including platforms such as Clever (Amplify, SchoolCity, Google Classroom) and GoGuardian- Completing weekly data audits for 30+ teachers to ensure academic information is entered accurately and on schedule in the Student Information System (SIS)- Troubleshooting school application and access issues, restoring teacher access and resolving platform-specific errors across Salesforce, Clever, and instructional systems- Building and designing data trackers and dashboards using Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL, improving visibility of trends in academic performance and operational metrics- Delivered a presentation to the Salesforce Data Operations Team, demonstrating how I manage academic and operational data, maintain data integrity, and compare performance indicators across schools within the network
