Upshall Technical Services are business consultants specialising in the areas of Finance, Safety & Risk Management and IT. We use a combinations of our skills to help solve business problems in a cost effective and efficient way using our \'Strength in Numbers\' philosophy.My role is in Business Analysis and Project Management, understanding IT systems, services, users and processes to help to get the best outcome for all involved.I am currently working on a growth project at a mid-sized company in the IT service and support industry focussing on a Customer Service environment. I am seeking out areas of improvement and developing sustainable processes, procedures and training to bring about the improvements. Working with the management team, I am setting targets and monitoring progress to see that the improvements are achieved and maintained.The tools I am using at the moment including ServiceNow, Autotask, Navision, Sharepoint, Podio and Concur as well as all the normal office ones, of course.
