As the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing Operations, I drive the strategy and implementation for our programming and compliance initiatives. My role involves cultivating robust relationships with a broad spectrum of global stakeholders, maintaining the efficacy of existing operational functions, and pioneering new processes to ensure successful management of our organization\'s key initiatives. Marketing Clearances: As the leader of an accomplished team, I ensure that all of our films\' marketing materials adhere to the guidelines set by the Motion Pictures Association, Studio Legal departments, Industry Guilds, and Broadcast Standards & Practices. With a global purview, I oversee any creative modifications required to obtain clearances for these materials worldwide. Furthermore, my role entails the strategic management of high-level relationships, fostering a harmonious alliance between our studio and key stakeholders, while consistently upholding our commitment to compliance and quality. Ratings/Censorship: I take charge of assessing, evaluating, and submitting feature film projects for ratings and censorship approval. I liaise with filmmakers, executives, and production teams, while also serving as the primary consultant for censorship issues within our organization. Lifecycle Programming: I preside over the home entertainment rollout of all titles in our catalog, closely collaborating with the Presidents of Domestic & International Distribution. My responsibilities also include verifying the accuracy of title metadata throughout the release life cycle.
