Psychological rehabilitation:CBTRL has provided assessment and treatment of posttraumatic stress reactions, PTSD and related psychological problems as a result of personal injury, for ten years.We work with all ages, following road traffic crashes, industrial injuries and with survivors of major critical incidents. CBTRL is highly proactive, respond rapidly to inquiries, contact the client within hours of receipt of instructions and closely monitor each case. CBTRL\'s rapid response, eMental health service model is designed to enable people to return to work faster than they might otherwise have done.Early Intervention:CBTRL practitioners share a common belief that people experiencing stress, anxiety or depression are better off in work than staying at home. We adopt the Recovery approach and clients entering therapy with us, are helped to return to work at the earliest possible time. This might mean being enabled to RTW mid therapy. Prevention: The UK\'s Chief medical officer, Dame Sally Davies believes that we must do more to help people with mental health problems stay in work. In 2014, reportedly, 70 million working days were lost due to mental illness.CBTRL provide supported employment programmes - training webinars and workshops delivered in the workplace to improve wellbeing at work.eMental health - delivery of sessions via video, telephone, email, text messaging and instant chat, is a rapidly expanding area of CBTRL\'s practice.
