About Wendy Ames-Dionisio
I am a global market research and communications pro who loves to help teams understand what makes people tick and what impacts their decision-making. Why are people so full of contradictions? How do they grapple with their own behavior and the larger world around them? And what motivates them to make decisions and take action? Trained as a cultural anthropologist, and with expertise across industries and sectors, I have interviewed people around the world (including in Singapore, Indonesia, China, Russia, England, Scotland, France, Germany, Brazil, Canada and Mexico) to glean insights, interpret behavior, and effect change. I also spent 3 years living and working in Japan. Based in Oregon\'s beautiful Willamette Valley, I juggle an international life with my husband, two kids, a rescue cat, a rescue dog, and a rescue garden - and spend most of my \"free\" time cooking, coaching, exploring nature, obsessing over true crime, traveling and working on my lifelong love, photography!
