With over 20 years of full cycle Recruitment experience in a wide variety of Industries, I am currently a Recruitment Specialist with BC Housing, whose Mission Statement includes making a positive difference in peoples lives and communities through safe, affordable, and quality housing.As a skilled and professional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, I offer full cycle recruitment services, with proven success within a high volume environment. My skills include sourcing hard to fill business critical roles, panel interviewing within a unionized environment, and pipelining key talent. I have experience in Agency, RPO ( Outsourcing ) and In-House Recruitment. My experience also includes Business Development to Recruiting within a Unionized Environment while adhering to the respective Collective Agreements.
