Continuing as an external partner with the Aecon University team in the capacity of External Learning Consultant/Facilitator. • Facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions from our BluePrint premier leadership program, servicing a cross-functional, National workforce. • Supporting to enact a transformation in the equity, diversity and inclusion practices throughout the Project Management layer of the organization.\"Expanding Your Circle of Trust\" encourages participants to reflect deeply on their core values as well as their biases in a group setting to empower the Six Signature Traits of a Leader to increase the level of diversity of ideas and activities throughout the projects they govern. • Currently building \"TeamSafe@Aecon\"- a Pilot program designed for physical and psychological safety in Construction. The 3-phase approach results in learners creating a clear plan for the accountability and safety of their team. Their own sustainable Action Plan ensures a step towards a workplace free of discrimination, violence, bullying, and harassment, protecting most explicitly, People of Colour, women, and the LGBTQ+ community.
