I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), with expertise in technical accounting areas including business combinations, and foreign currency matters.My area of focus is serving private companies with annual revenues between $150 million and $2 billion, the majority of which have significant international operations. I work closely with RSM offices around the world as the global engagement leader for large complex organizations. I am also heavily involved with private equity portfolio companies and employee benefit plans audits. My industry specialization includes manufacturing, distribution, aerospace & defense, engineering services, maritime, other professional business services, and forensic accounting projects.
