About Wendy Robello
As the Senior Director of Systems Engineering for the Center of Technical Excellence, I lead a distributed network of technical experts that strengthen systems engineering capability, integration, and execution across our sector portfolio. My team’s mission focuses on advancing workforce proficiency through targeted development, and driving rigor through standardized processes and integrated toolchains anchored in the digital thread and model-based systems engineering.Having held director-level positions for over a decade, across all Northrop Grumman sectors, gives me a broad perspective on how we scale and integrate capabilities end-to-end.Previously, I was the National Director of Systems Engineering, leading a team of over 1,200 engineers focused on creating a collaborative culture and executing programs.Prior responsibilities, as a Sr. NG Fellow, I led sector-wide initiatives and enterprise architecture to integrate technology and engineering. Additionally, I have experience in strategy development and analytics, having led a team of strategists, data scientists, engineers, and analysts to support strategic investment planning, competitive intelligence, and market positioning.
