My role bridges clinical, commercial, and operational functions to ensure successful positioning, training, and expansion of our ENT solutions.Key responsibilities include: • Leading product strategy and lifecycle planning for Bryan Medical technologies • Designing and implementing surgeon education programs, including hands-on cadaveric trainings and peer-to-peer initiatives • Partnering with distributor networks across the U.S. to support product growth, engagement, and performance • Creating clinical and marketing materials that support product education, adoption, and brand consistencyFocused on innovation, education, and strategic alignment, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of ENT specialists and their patients.
