I’m a people-centred operations professional with a strong background in customer support, problem-solving, and team-focused service delivery. My experience in aviation, service environments, and operational teams has shaped a practical, calm, and customer-first approach, especially when resolving issues, supporting colleagues, and improving day-to-day processes.I enjoy roles where I can help others succeed: guiding teams through systems and processes, resolving booking and service issues, working with suppliers/stakeholders, and ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience. I’m known for my attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to stay composed while managing multiple tasks or working under pressure.Alongside this, I bring experience in continuous improvement and change support (ADKAR/PROSCI), which helps me identify opportunities, provide clear feedback, and improve ways of working; always in collaboration with colleagues. My project management capability supports this.I’m currently exploring opportunities across Customer Service, Operations, Customer Excellence, Change Support and Project Delivery — including roles where coaching, problem-solving, system navigation and customer excellence are central. My focus is simple: support people, solve problems, and ensure every customer and colleague has the best possible experience.
