Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART): Silverline Project- Program Manager Owner Representative (PMOR) System Safety and Security Manager: Ensure Safety and Security requirements are met by the Design Builder as applicable including relevant submittals and deliverables as defined in the contract documents. Represent DART as a member of the PMOR team in meetings and activities relating to system safety and security. Perform system safety and security reviews of plan submittals of rail systems. Assist in Writing and review of the Rail Activation Plan (RAP). Coordinate and Perform system safety and security certification. Perform regular audits of safety compliance by the team and contractor. Assist DART with All Start up phases. Oversight of the System Integration Testing (SIT). Confirm all New Starts Deliverables are complete.• Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA): Part of the WSP team that provides consultation and support assisting MARTA implement their Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with 49 CFR 673. Developed an Introduction to SMS training curriculum and associate training material. Developed a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) training curriculum and associate training material. • Sound Transit: Part of the WSP team that provides consultation and support assisting Sound Transit implement their Safety and Security Certification (SSC) program. Assisting in the development of the OHA for the Lynwood Link Extension. Developed the PHA draft for the West Seattle Link Extension.
