ABOUT WENDY LOEWEN
My mission is to help organizations create dynamic and engaging workplaces where people care about each other, are productive, and deliver quality services and products. I believe in the importance of listening to the needs and aspirations of people, and then facilitating the next step in their development.I first joined the ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership team as a workshop facilitator and Curriculum Development Specialist. I then moved into the role of Director of Training. Today I am proud to be the Managing Director, as well as a co-author of two books, The Culture Question and Don\'t Blame the Lettuce. As Managing Director of ACHIEVE, I provide direction for the development of our workshop materials, and leadership to our staff and a growing team of 60+ trainers. I also continue to work alongside other organizations as both a trainer and consultant.I am a former teacher and director of a health and social services program. I have a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Management, and Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Education. Currently, I am the Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Manitoba.
