Our aim is to ensure that we provide a personalised service to all candidates who come in to contact with CV Screen. My role is to provide a dedicated point of contact for candidates who require any career advice, feedback or market information (salary surveys etc) and to ensure that we\'re delivering a great experience to all candidates.My duties include- Working with the recruitment team to ensure that all candidates are kept up to date throughout the recruitment process- Providing candidates with impartial advice about Salaries within the marketplace- Providing candidates with interview tips and advice- Collating data and preparing salary surveys within IT, Accountancy & Finance and Marketing & Digital- Collecting reviews for CV Screen, to ensure we’re delivering a great candidate / client experience.
