Currently serving as Executive Director of Dealer Services Operations for ADESA, Inc. Responsibilities include: U.S. dealer sales and services strategy, enabling sales efficiency and effectiveness, CRM design and management, sales compensation, data alignment, reporting and analysis. Prior to Dealer Sales Operations, worked within ADESA\'s Operations and Strategic Improvement and IT groups to improve operational processes, optimize software licensing, increase efficiency, centralize spend, strategically source and negotiate contracts and manage vendor programs and relations. Previously served in key leadership roles at Cannon IV, Inc. for 17 years. Focused mainly in areas of operations, working directly with CEO, Vice President of Sales, VP of Operations, and CFO in director level roles of increasing responsibility in business and procurement operations. Worked closely with IT and others to help custom design the company\'s operating software. Managed contracts and programs with IBM, Hewlett Packard, 3M, and other computer and technology companies. Prior to Cannon IV, worked for Nordstrom in areas of merchandising, purchasing, inventory and logistics.
