ABOUT WENDY K. ADAMS

Wendy has over 25 years of intellectual property litigation experience and has worked for some of the world’s leading law firms. Wendy focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on U.S. patent disputes.Wendy’s experience includes overseeing, organizing and managing the administration of all phases of patent and other complex litigation including pre-filing investigations, preliminary injunction and TRO proceedings, claim construction, all facets of e-discovery, fact and expert discovery, summary judgment, jury and bench trials, and appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She has served as the lead paralegal at several high-profile trials and evidentiary hearings in federal district courts throughout the United States. She has also served as the lead paralegal at numerous United States International Trade Commission and International Court of Arbitration hearings. She has significant experience with post-grant review proceedings at the United States Patent & Trademark Office, Patent Trial and Appeal Board.In addition to her vast and diverse case experience, Wendy is especially passionate about establishing best practices and deploying efficient techniques and processes to her litigation matters. Wendy is a problem solver and has found unique solutions to time-sensitive and laborious tasks, whereby advancing the bar for project and cost management. Wendy has also implemented consistent and transparent filing systems for litigation materials over the last two decades as an opportunity to add value to case teams, law firms and clients. Wendy has applied her in-depth experience to standardizing elements of e-discovery. Her experience with collections, data tracking, processing and document promotion, as well as review and production, has provided a platform for efficient workflow and substantial cost savings for her clients.Wendy has also been a leader, teacher and manager to countless paralegals over the years and stillmaintains contact with many of her former staff.
