About Wendy Fitzsimons
Wendy’s tax expertise along with her corporate, family law, real estate and estate planning background brings a unique combination of skills to her practice. Wendy has had long time experience creating trusts, LLC’s and corporations for international and domestic clients. Wendy was also an adjunct professor of business law at CUNY, Queens College and has given numerous presentations on tax and estate planning issues to a variety of business and professional organizations. Wendy has received numerous fellowships and academic honors. She was awarded a Unified Court System legal fellowship by the State of New York, and she began her career as a law clerk for New York Supreme Court Justice James A. Yates. Following her clerkship she was an associate in a boutique real estate firm and later joined the firm of Romer Debbas LLP as a partner before moving to Vermont where she now focuses her practice in family and probate court.

In addition to a J.D, I hold an L.L.M. in Taxation (Masters in Tax Law).
