I help leadership teams implement operating systems that drive clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution.I’m an operations leader and former COO, Integrator, and minority owner with more than 25 years of experience inside organizations—first in large pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, and later in a healthcare technology business where I led operations, client service, HR, and finance before stepping into the COO role and running the day-to-day business alongside the founder.While serving as COO, I implemented an EOS-style operating system and served in the Integrator role, responsible for running the system day-to-day and helping the leadership team establish structure, accountability, and clarity across the organization. As the company continued to grow, we transitioned to the more customizable Next Level Growth operating system to better support the evolving needs of the business.During that time, our company was named a Best Place to Work five years in a row, and I saw firsthand how structure, accountability, and clarity transform how leaders and teams operate.I also saw how hard it is to sustain.Most leadership teams don’t struggle because they don’t understand the tools. They struggle because they don’t have the time or capacity to implement them consistently while still running the business.That experience shaped the work I do today. I partner with leadership teams to help them focus and prioritize their time so they can establish the structure, rhythms, and accountability needed to run their businesses more effectively and efficiently.When that foundation is in place, leaders gain clarity around priorities, teams align around shared goals, and organizations are able to scale with greater confidence and long-term sustainability. Just as importantly, leaders gain the space to focus on strategic growth rather than being pulled into day-to-day operational noise.In addition to partnering directly with leadership teams, I support Next Level Growth clients by training leaders and managers to apply their operating systems in daily practice and embed the framework into how the organization operates.I’m known for bringing calm to complexity, aligning people and priorities, and helping leaders operate with confidence and focus. I particularly enjoy partnering with founders and leadership teams who are committed to building organizations that scale with clarity and discipline.
