It specializes in outsource coding services, clinical documentation improvement, HIM consulting, and ICD-10 preparedness and training.Wendy provides strategic leadership and business development for HRS, bringing a wealth of expertise in the area of HIM operations, clinical documentation and coding. She has been published in the Journal of AHIMA and other industry publications, as well as conducted a scores of professional educational presentations.Wendy built a successful business despite having to balance home and family for years as a single mother. In 2009, in honor of HRS’s 30th anniversary, Wendy endowed an AHIMA Foundation scholarship in her name for working women or single parents.
