I’m a strategic operations and portfolio leader who specializes in turning complex ideas into scalable programs that deliver real impact.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational alignment. I partner with senior leaders to identify the initiatives that matter most and build the structures, teams, and workflows that bring them to life. Whether launching a PMO from the ground up, guiding enterprise portfolios, or leading cross-functional initiatives, I focus on creating clarity where complexity exists and enabling teams to deliver meaningful results.In the employee benefits and healthcare space, I lead enterprise portfolio management while working closely with client-facing teams across the full lifecycle—from strategy and implementation to operational improvement. My role often involves aligning diverse stakeholders including sales leaders, engineers, clinicians, product teams, and operations executives so that innovation translates into real value for organizations and the communities they serve.I’m especially energized by collaborative environments where ideas are explored openly and shaped into practical solutions.
