ABOUT WENDY CLARA JN BAPTISTE
Politic, law, sales, beauty. I am a lawyer with a bachelor’s degree in Haitian law, currently pursuing a master’s degree in both private and public international law. I have gained expertise in areas such as international commercial arbitration, private international law (family law), advanced technology law, women’s rights, human rights, state territory, Law of the sea, Environmental Law and national security. I have always been passionate about the diverse facets of law, which led me to specialize in a program offering a broad and flexible curriculum tailored to my interests and aspirations. As a former Distributor Development Manager at Brana/Heineken and now aspirations Distributor Digital Products Owner. I honed my skills in management and project coordination, particularly through the implementation of digital systems in the company’s exclusive warehouses. I conducted employee training for authorized distributors, strengthened competencies in customer service, logistics planning, workplace safety, and contributed to driving sales volume to meet company objectives. My work in the southern region of the country involved close collaboration with six exclusive warehouses. In addition to being a lawyer at heart, I am also a businesswoman. I gained sales experience not only at Heineken but also through my personal business, Tenayiz Beauty. I turned my passion for lip care products into a profitable venture by creating my own brand and opening a cosmetics store. This space provides opportunities for other entrepreneurs like me, who lack storage space, to showcase their products. Additionally, I launched Chicas Organic Skincare, a brand offering essential oils for skincare. In my case, it’s not about choosing between business law and business—it’s about law and business.
