From 2015 to 2018, Member of the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Board run within MoD. Then Trustee for this newly set up organisation which holds join charity and NDPB status. Member Chair of the People Committee (formerly Remuneration & Nominations Committee), and member of the Audit & Risk Committee.The Armed Forces Covenant sets out the relationship between the Nation, the Government and the Armed Forces. It recognises that the whole of the United Kingdom has a moral obligation to the members of the Armed Forces Community and it establishes how they should be treated. The Trust funds projects that support the Armed Forces Community locally, regionally and across the whole of the United Kingdom.
