Responsible for supporting the Operations team in maintaining the restaurant facilities, including all fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Attend all New Restaurant Turnovers and complete an extensive turnover checklist to ensure a smooth transition to Operations. Collect all asset data for implementation into our CMMS system (Service Channel). Manage and coordinate all aspects of the remodel process, to include scope of work, proposals, pre-scope information gathering, punch walk, procurement of materials and budgeting. Utilize CMMS (Service Channel) to manage all repairs and maintenance to include work orders, proposals, and invoices. Employ written electronic communications (MS Outlook email and Service Channel) to correspond with internal stake holders and external service providers. Identify, negotiate, and manage regional and national service providers to ensure high performance in SLA Compliance Perform site visits, including roof walks, to inspect and document the condition of each restaurant asset for which I’m responsible. Minimum yearly visit to each location. High efficiency utilizing MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint, Sharepoint). Became a Digital Champion through Changing Social.
