Ensure a high degree of coordination between the marketing, sales and service teams to guarantee efficacy of the Spida brand and ensure the brand message supports the sales and service teams in achieveing sales and profit margins.Responsible for developing marketing and sales plans to cover all aspects of brand development. Recognising country differences when developing brand messaging, sales approach and internal and external communications for all sectors.Work with Country Managers to achieve gross profit margin objectives and determine pricing for all machinery in each sector.Ensure Sales and Service teams are fully armed with product and customer business knowledge needed to analyse businesses and determined fit for purpose machinery to ensure sales and service success in each sector.Ensure Sales Teams in all sectors develop strong and lasting customer relationships and understand the nuances of selling niche products into all building and component industriesGather market intelligence and feedback from all sectors to support further marketing opportunities. Prioritise and recommend new products, sales strategies, service development opportunities and product development within the industry.Develop educational and information for sales, service and marketing teams on new product innovations and how to videos on all products to ensure all teams can use and recommend products for all sectors.
