I formed Guaranty Escrow in response to numerous requests from clients for an independent escrow company to serve the real estate and escrow needs of South Bay residents and real estate professionals. Having owned and operated a mortgage banking firm for over 14 years, I recognized the need for a truly independent high end escrow company. At Guaranty Escrow we oversee and protect the interests of Buyers, Sellers, Realtors and Lenders while in escrow. I have assembled the most educated and most talented, customer service oriented escrow officers in California. Guaranty Escrow is TRULY INDEPENDENT, not owned by a real estate firm or title company, and with no Affiliated Business Relationships. Buyers and sellers prefer their escrow holder be a neutral third party provider of service. My company offers concierge service to the realtors that work with us. We continue to grow and welcome referrals of outstanding escrow officers looking for a wonderful workplace environment.
