Responsible for design and maintenance of the Enterprise FCRA and Regulation V Compliance Program. • Compliance support for Consumer Servicing, Consumer Default, and Bankcard business segments including but not limited to FCRA. • Assist business segments with designing, updating, and assessing the effectiveness of controls, policies, procedures, and related risk and control documentation. • Create metrics and implement compliance monitoring metrics for Consumer servicing and default and Consumer Bankcard. • Conduct Quality Control assessments and monitoring to ensure business segments meet corporate standards that specifically relate to internal operating controls. • Execute Risk Assessments by determining applicable regulatory requirements, determining the associated inherent risk and effectiveness of controls in place to mitigate compliance and regulatory risks. • Assist Compliance Director and Legal Department in preparing responses for regulatory exams and internal audit requests.• Assess levels of adherence to regulatory control environment and identify improvement opportunities.• Evaluate training curriculum and course assignments in partnership with Truist Curriculum and Programs group.• Develop project plans, determine deliverables, present findings and recommendations.• Business Unit Compliance support for Consumer Servicing, Consumer Default, and Bankcard Operations. Including Repossession and Remarketing, Real Estate and Non-Real Estate and Bankcard servicing and default.
