I am an experienced ITIL qualified service professional with an outstanding track record within an IT Infrastructure environment, I am a focused individual with ability to communicate at all levels managing customer needs and expectations. I have extensive experience in end-to-end operational management, which has encompassed strategy and planning of processes in order to remove costly process failures and improve ITIL best practise methodologies.
