I\'m currently responsible for the sale of products which provide services ranging from broadband payment terminals and international transaction facilities to PDQ devices and parcel delivery services.I manage the entire sales cycle which begins from initial contact, completing a full site assessment, followed by installation and training to fully consolidate the sale.I cover South Wales, Bristol, Swindon, which include a large portfolio of single independent and multiple store retailers. These include sole traders, partnerships & limited companies, all of which have different requirements, where I aim to manage their expectations by providing a timely and high level of service with accuracy and professionalism. I am tasked with analysing regional data and responding to calls which are received from head office. I then use demographic and geographical information, that enables me to prepare weekly calls, fit in proactive visits to retailers and minimise fuel and servicing costs to the company. I also organise regular meetings and liaise with symbol group contacts who provide leads and information on new opportunities in my region.This is an extremely dynamic and varied position, requiring a great deal of organisation and self motivation with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to thrive under pressure.
