Whether it is high school or college students trying to decide the best major or college to attend or adults discovering or re-evaluating their career path, I assist individuals and groups with identifying their strengths, needs, and interests so they can make informed choices about their college or career plans. Everyone has unique talents, skills, and strengths. However, we don\'t always acknowledge them or take the time to develop them. The accuracy of the results and the extensive variety of reports make the Birkman Method the ideal instrument for college and career planning, as well as leadership, conflict resolution, and team development. In addition to working with individuals and groups, I speak to large groups on the college planning process.
