The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a liaison to and a conduit between the Director of Patient Care, clinical associates, patients and their families. I implement clinical policies and procedures; and carry out the organization\'s purposes in a manner consistent with the company goals and objectives.The Volunteer Coordinator recruits, trains, supervises and motivates the volunteers. I coordinate patient assignments and oversee their performance, making sure that Medicare requirements are met.
