   Provide training, mentorship, and guidance in a volunteer capacity using FaceTime and various virtual platforms to train employees who have to teach a new curriculum to supplement the official OTJ, increasing their understanding of the curriculum and building their confidence in order to deliver classes. • As a volunteer collaborates with colleagues on the positives and negatives of presenting DOL courses via Skype, Lifesize, and Zoom, test products, and identify shortfalls. • On my own time co-authored agendas for 3 courses due to none being provided. Shared with colleagues in order to help stay within timelines so classes do not overrun, nor fall short. • Provide in person on the job and virtual training to 31 current and new employees.(Feb 2023)
