With a decade of experience at the intersection of environmental policy and government relations, I have dedicated my career to addressing some of the nation’s most pressing water challenges. Most recently, as Director of Infrastructure Implementation for the Office of Water in the Biden Administration, I had the privilege of overseeing the equitable and effective deployment of $50 billion in water infrastructure funding provided by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. In this role, I worked closely with federal, state, tribal, and local partners to ensure communities across the country received the resources and technical assistance they needed to deliver cleaner, safer water to millions of Americans.I’m excited to bring this experience to my current role as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for the growing water practice at Banner Public Affairs. At Banner, I’m focused on helping clients navigate the complex intersection of policy, politics, and public affairs to advance innovative solutions and secure strategic wins in the water sector. Whether it’s tackling infrastructure funding, shaping regulatory frameworks, or building coalitions to drive impactful change, I’m passionate about leveraging my expertise to create meaningful results.Throughout my career, I’ve honed a deep expertise in environmental policy analysis, legislative strategy, government relations, and public engagement.
